Flexible Housing

Studies have shown that the most accurate and precise way of conceptualising the living space derives from the needs of the residents, the variety of which cannot even be imagined. Housing needs are a dynamic category, and the buildings we build today are incapable of conveying that dynamic.

In this building, solutions have been made which enable at least partial adaptation of the apartment for the unpredictable needs of the residents. Flexibility is considered to be the main criterion for meeting the diverse needs of residents.
